The Mt. Williamson Motel and Base camp offers rustic, relaxing, and affordable accommodation with panoramic views of the Eastern Sierra. We are located on highway 395 in Independence California, halfway between Death Valley and Yosemite. We stand as a gateway to explore all the beauty that the Eastern Sierra has to offer, whether you are on foot or passing through in a car.
Each cabin has new beds, linens, and towels. They are equipped with a full bathroom, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, free WiFi, and cable TV.
A complimentary fresh, hot breakfast is included daily in the spring and summer.
Breakfast is not available in the fall/winter. Please notify us prior to your arrival if you have any dietary restrictions.
